FAQs

Find information about ordering payment, and delivery of items below. If you have questions that are not answered below, please submit a contact us form at the bottom of the page and someone will get back to you with an answer.

How do I place an order?



Select the items you would like to purchase and add them to your cart.  When you checkout, you will be given a total amount due. After your order is placed, you will receive an email with a summary of your order and a total amount due that will be submitted to Joni for a payroll deduction.

Payment



Payment will be made through payroll deduction after the full order is placed. You will receive an email with your total amount due listed.

Delivery



Once the ordering period is closed, the full order will be sent to the manufacturer for processing. All items will be shipped to the Minneapolis office and will be distributed by Britt Peltola. If you are a fully remote SDKer, your items will be sent to your remote location.

Returns & refunds



As the items are special orders and will be embroidered with logos, they are non-returnable.  Please pay very close attention to sizing before completing your order
